LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION TO GN0805/2021 CAMBRIDGE BEACHES TRUSTED ESTABLISHMENT EVENTS

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Clarence Hofheins of Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 20 persons assembling;
