LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Timothy Morrison, General Manager of The Hamilton Princess and Beach Club is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 50 persons assembling;

Group Conditions:

The number of attendees at any event cannot exceed

50% of the normal capacity at any indoor or outdoor setting. ‘Attendees’ include hosts, organizers, staff, volunteers, players, coaches, officials, spectators and vendors. PUBLIC HEALTH (COVID-19 EMERGENCY POWERS)

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Sascha Hemmann, Managing Director of the Rosewood Tuckers Point Hotel Limited is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 50 persons assembling;

Mr. Leon Thomas, Senior Business Manager, Economic Development Department has been appointed to act as Director, Economic Development Department from 23^rd August, 2021 to 27^th August, 2021.
