The Chairman of the Bermuda College Board of Governors, who has supervision of Bermuda College, in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(6) of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Sean Field-Lament of the Bermuda Rugby Football Union is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 50 persons assembling;
