In accordance with section 18 (2) of the Constitution, Her Excellency The Governor, is pleased to appoint Mrs. Lucinda Pearman, Collector of Customs, to act as Deputy Governor from Friday, 17^th December to Wednesday, 20^TH December, 2021, inclusive or until the Deputy Governor’s return.

Mrs. Joanne Dean, Director, Department of National Drug Control has been appointed to act as Director, Department of Court Services from 17^th December, 2021 to 24^th December, 2021.

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Michael McGrath of the Bermuda Commercial League is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 50 persons assembling;
