The Registry General registers the country-code top-level domain names for the .BM domain.
When you register a .BM domain name, you enter into a contract with the Registry General which sets out the terms and conditions of the registration. The Registry General maintains a database of registered domain names which, once assigned, cannot be used by anyone else.
