Changes to Annual Declarations for all Entities

The Economic Substance Amendment (No. 2) Act 2019 brings into force the requirement for Companies, Permit Companies, LLCs , Exempted Partnerships, Exempted Limited Partnerships, and Overseas Partnerships to inform the Registrar, annually, as to whether or not it is carrying on a relevant activity, and the type of relevant activity it is carrying on.

In order to facilitate this requirement the annual declaration forms have been amended. Instructions to file the annual declarations via email are attached to the declaration forms and must be sent to rocdeclarations@gov.bm
