LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 5(6)(a) of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011, the Minister of Home Affairs hereby concludes that there is good cause to waive the deadline for the Regulatory Authority to assess the application for a bulk generation licence (the “Application”) submitted by Saturn Solar Bermuda 1 Limited (“Saturn”), as required by section 22(1) of the Electricity Act 2016 and paragraph 1.3 of the Schedule to the Regulatory Authority (Application Process for Electricity Licences) General Determination 2017, due to the need for heightened assessment of the Application. The new deadline to assess the Application shall be 28 February 2020.
