TAKE NOTICE that on the 18th November 2020, the Supreme Court of Bermuda granted an Order appointing Messrs. Charles Thresh and Mark Allitt both of KPMG Advisory Limited as the Joint and Several Provisional Liquidators of Industrial Maritime Carriers (Bermuda), Limited in place of the Official Receiver.
