NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CONTRIBUTORIES OF INTENTION
TO APPLY FOR RELEASE AND DISSOLUTION OF THE COMPANY
TAKE NOTICE that I, the Official Receiver and Liquidator of Tamar International Enterprises Limited (the “Company”), intend to apply to the Supreme Court of Bermuda for my release and the dissolution of the Company, and further take notice that any objection you may have to the granting of the release and the dissolution of the Company must be notified in writing to the Official Receiver and Liquidator of the Company via email to eplo@gov.bm or by post to the Government Administration Building, 4th Floor, 30 Parliament Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda for the attention of Ms. Emily Lo within twenty-one (21) days of the date hereof.
