The Chief Executive Officer who has supervision of the Bermuda Sports Anti-Doping Authority, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice: 

Citation 

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) (Bermuda Sports Anti-Doping Authority) Notice 2019. 

Deposit of information statement 

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Bermuda Sports Anti-Doping Authority information statement has been deposited for public inspection at— 
2. the offices of the Bermuda Sports Anti-Doping Authority; 
3. the Bermuda Archives; and 
4. the Bermuda National Library, 

and shall come into operation on 3^rd  December 2019.
