Land Acquisition

Notice is hereby given that William J. Schmader and Molly C. Schmader both American citizens are applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for sanction to acquire by voluntary conveyance 1/10^th fraction or share of Unit #A-5-E, The Reefs Club, South Road situate in Southampton Parish in joint tenancy with their parents, John S. Schmader and Sarah Schmader, present owners of the property.

N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicants should send a written statement to the Minister responsible for Immigration, P.O. Box 1364, Hamilton HM FX, no later than the 17 December, 2019.
