Issued to PAGET LIONS CLUB OF BERMUDA

in accordance with the Charities Act 2014, section 43 (5)

The Temporary Fundraising Licence has been

Extended for the period November 8, 2019 to February 8, 2020.

Applicant Licensee and Custodian of the funds:

  1. Stephen Dean, President and

  2. Jean Stovell, Secretary.

The Licensee and Custodian of the funds are required to submit to the Registrar a revenue and expense report detailing the sources and uses of the funds raised within two (2) months of the expiration of this Licence.
