Notice is hereby given that LISA LEA RAY a Bermudian and her non-Bermudian partner DR STEPHEN WITCHELL are applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for permission to permit the said DR STEPHEN WITCHELL to financially assist Lisa Ray to acquire a leasehold property situate at St James Village Unit 10, 2 St James Crescent, Hamilton Parish FL 04.
