Notice is hereby given that James M. Buck III and Elinor Hosterman Buck, both American citizens, are applying to the Minister for sanction to acquire Leasehold interest in the property known as Mizzentop Unit #47, 25 Mizzentop situate in Warwick Parish, WK06.
N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicants should send a written statement to the Minister for the Cabinet Office, 105 Front Street, Hamilton HM 12, no later than the 30 December, 2020
