Notice is hereby given that John S. Dowds and Jana C. Dowds, both American citizens, are applying to the Minister for the Cabinet Office for sanction to acquire 1.42 acres of land together with a dwelling house thereon erected known as “Casa del Cero”, 12 Mid Ocean Drive, St. George’s Parish, HS02.

N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicants should send a written statement to the Minister for the Cabinet Office, 105 Front Street, Hamilton HM 12, no later than the 29 December, 2020
