Notice to all public authorities by Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
Every public authority listed in the Public Access to Information (PATI) Act 2010, at column 1 of the Schedule to the Act, shall submit to the Information Commissioner the public authority’s completed ICO 2024 Annual Return, pursuant to sections 7(1)(b), 8(1) and 58(3) of the PATI Act.
Returns are due to the ICO on Thursday, 2 January 2025, with a grace period until Thursday, 16 January 2025 — by email to stats@ico.bm. The required 2024 forms, updated guidance and a list of public authorities expected to submit an annual return are available at ico.bm/for-the-public-authorities/annual-return/.
