PARLIAMENT ACT 1957
The President of the Senate, in exercise of the power conferred on her by section 19(2) of the Parliament Act 1957, makes the following Order:
As the meetings of the Senate cannot for the time being be held in the Sessions House and Veritas Place, 65 Court Street in the City of Hamilton (the “premises”) has been declared as the premises to be used for the purposes of the Senate, I hereby declare that the Third Floor of the premises will constitute, during such time, the precincts of the Senate; and such premises or parts of the premises shall, while declared as aforesaid, be treated for the purposes of the Parliament Act 1957 as the precincts of the Senate.
