PARLIAMENT ACT 1957
The Speaker of the House of Assembly, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 20(3) of the Parliament Act 1957, makes the following Order:
As the meetings of the House of Assembly cannot for the time being be held in the Chamber of the House of Assembly in the Sessions House and Veritas Place, 65 Court Street in the City of Hamilton (the “premises”) has been declared as the premises to be used for the purposes of the House of Assembly, I hereby declare that the Third Floor of the premises will constitute, during such time, the precincts of the House of Assembly; and such premises or parts of the premises shall, while declared as aforesaid, be treated for the purposes of the Parliament Act 1957 as the precincts of that House of the Legislature.
