P R O C L A M A T I O N

By His Excellency the Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Bermuda.

WHEREAS it is provided by section 48 of the Constitution of Bermuda that each session of the Legislature shall be held in such place as the Governor may appoint by proclamation published in the Gazette;

AND WHEREAS the place where each session of the Legislature is to be held was appointed by proclamation dated the 10th day of October, two thousand and eighteen;

AND WHEREAS it is provided by section 108 of the Constitution of Bermuda that such proclamation may be amended by the Governor:

Governor NOW THEREFORE I, the Governor, acting in accordance with the power conferred by section 108 of the Constitution of Bermuda, do hereby AMEND the proclamation dated 10th day of October, two thousand and eighteen, to provide that commencing Friday, the 13th day of September, two thousand and nineteen, the Senate and the House of Assembly shall meet on the Fourth Floor of Veritas Place, 65 Court Street in the City of Hamilton (and not in the Sessions House in that City).
