The Executive Officer who has supervision of the Human Rights Commission, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

 

Citation

 

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement)(Human Rights Commission) Notice 2023.

 

Deposit of information statement

 

  1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Human Rights Commission information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

 

  1. the offices of the Human Rights Commission;

 

  1. the Bermuda Archives; and

 

  1. the Bermuda National Library,

 

  1. the Office of the Information Commissioner
