The person named hereunder has been approved for a
TEMPORARY FUNDRAISING LICENCE
Issued to CARING FOR THE CAREGIVERS (CFTC)
in accordance with the Charities Act 2014, section 43 (5)
The Temporary Fundraising Licence was issued July 23, 2020 through October 23, 2020 and extended in accordance with section 43 (6) of the Charities Act, 2014 on October 24, 2020 through January 24, 2020.
Applicant Licensee and Custodian of the funds:

- Nekeisha Hayward-Cameron, Supervisor
The Licensee and Custodian of the funds are required to submit to the Registrar a revenue and expense report detailing the sources and uses of the funds raised within two (2) months of the expiration of this Licence or no later than March 24, 2021.
