Notice, is hereby given to all parties who claim an interest in or over the land referred to above being the semi triangular shaped parcel of land abutting the property known as 3 Happy Talk Lane, Paget DV 04. The approximate location of the said land is shown hatched blue on the plan below.
All parties who consider that they own or wish to claim any interest in the said land are required to contact the undersigned in writing or by email giving full and accurate details of their claim/interest within ten (10) days from the date of this notice.
