Notice is hereby given that Kathryn Marie Comeau an American citizen, is applying to the Minister responsible for sanction to acquire by voluntary conveyance with Stephen Leroy Comeau and Jacqueline Mary Comeau, present owners, the property known as Unit A-4 The Reefs Club, 56 South Road situate in Southampton Parish.

N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicants should send a written statement to the Minister for the Cabinet Office, 105 Front Street, Hamilton HM 12, no later than the 2 November, 2020.
