STORE HILL, SMITH’S
ROAD CLOSURE EXTENSION
FOR
BELCO TRENCH WORK
ONGOING THROUGH WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH, 2021
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform the motoring public that BELCO will be trenching along Store Hill from North Shore Road to Middle Road.
These works will require an extension of the full road closure to allow for BELCO's trench work to be finalized and paved.
The works are ongoing through to Wednesday, September 15th, 2021. Working hours will be from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
Access will be provided to residents and emergency services only. Traffic controls will be under the direction of BELCO representatives and will be managed through traffic control signals & signage.
The motoring public is advised to seek alternative routes via Loyal Hill Pass to the west and Jennings Road to the east to transfer from North South Road to Middle Road.
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconveniences that may result.
