Notice is hereby given that Daniel M. Mozzicato, Kira A. Mozzicato, Daniel J. Mozzicato and Kayla M. Mozzicato, all American citizens, are applying to the Minister for the Cabinet Office for sanction to acquire in 1/10^th fraction or share of Unit #D-2-A The Reefs Club, South Road, situate in Southampton Parish.

N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicants should send a written statement to the Minister for the Cabinet Office, 105 Front Street, Hamilton HM 12, no later than the 8 October, 2020.
