JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT

Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:

 

  • 2022 No. 196 civ. Kamal Worrell v The Director of Public Prosecutions et al for the period 24 October 2023, until this matter is complete
