LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:
WEDDING RECEPTION
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Wedding Reception of Kristy Burgess and Vaughan Joseph an event justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy- five persons assembling;
Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 (4) of those Regulations permitting a group of more than seventy-five persons to assemble Thursday September 17, 2020 between 3:00 pm and 8: 00 pm at ‘Sandymount’ 229 North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish.
Conditions:
- All persons attending the wedding and reception must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- Event organizers to ensure physical distancing is enforced.
- Masks must be worn when moving about the venue.
- Maximum number of persons 125.
- Duration of event 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm
- Hand sanitizers and/or hand washing stations to be made available.
- The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above. .
