CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 42(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(a) of the Insurance Act, 1978, (“The Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Company listed below,  the respective Insurance Manager registration granted

 to the said Company under the Act, effective 18^th June 2019:-

Atlantic Security Reinsurance Brokers Ltd.

BY ORDER OF THE BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY

Please note that the Company's Insurance Broker registrations under the Act shall remain in force.
