LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:
BERMUDA FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION
AWARDS CEREMONY
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed BERMUDA FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION’S AWARDS CEREMONY is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;
Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 (4) of those Regulations permitting a group of more than seventy-five persons to assemble Saturday August 29, 2020 between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm at the City Hall (Front Steps/Lawn Area), 17 Church Street, City of Hamilton with the following conditions:
Conditions:
- All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- Number of persons permitted to attend event– 125 persons (City Hall)
- In case of inclement weather, the event will be held at Pier 6, Front Street, City of Hamilton, number persons permitted to attend – 100 persons.
- Persons must wear mask when not seated or moving around the venue.
- Security to monitor and enforce COVID 19 Regulations.
- The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above
