LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:

BERMUDA FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION

AWARDS CEREMONY

 

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed BERMUDA FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION’S AWARDS CEREMONY is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;

 

Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 (4) of those Regulations permitting a group of more than seventy-five persons to assemble Saturday  August 29,  2020 between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm at the City Hall (Front Steps/Lawn Area),  17 Church Street, City of Hamilton with the following conditions:

 

Conditions:  

  1. All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
     
  2. Number of persons permitted to attend event– 125 persons (City Hall)   
     
  3. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held at Pier 6, Front Street, City of Hamilton, number persons permitted to attend – 100 persons.
     
  4. Persons must wear mask when not seated or moving around the venue.  
     
  5. Security to monitor and enforce COVID 19 Regulations.
     
  6. The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above
    .
