The Privacy Commissioner who has supervision of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Office of the Privacy Commissioner Notice 2020.

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Office of the Privacy Commissioner’s information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

1. the Office of the Privacy Commissioner;
    
2. the Bermuda Archives;
    
3. the Bermuda National Library; and
    
4. the Office of the Information Commissioner

and shall come into operation on 11 August 2020.
