LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:

NIGHT OF SOUL FUND RAISING CHARITY EVENT

(Charity No. 1011)

 

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Night of Soul Charity Event is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

 

Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 (4) of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble Sunday August 16, 2020 between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm Bernard Park, Pembroke Parish with the following conditions:

 

Conditions:

 

  1. All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
     
  2. Number of persons permitted is 75.
     
  3. Duration of the event is 2 hours
     
  4. The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above
    .
