DRAFT NORTH EAST HAMILTON LOCAL PLAN 2021
In accordance with the Development and Planning Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Home Affairs has prepared the Draft North East Hamilton Local Plan 2021.
This Plan sets out a proposed framework for the use of land within North East Hamilton and the Department of Planning is keen to hear from residents, business owners and other interested parties on the content of the document. For confirmation, this is not currently an operative plan.
To view and comment on the Plan, please visit the Department of Planning website (www.planning.gov.bm). Alternatively, a copy of the Plan is available for public inspection at the Department of Planning, 5th Floor, Dame Lois Browne Evans Building, 58 Court Street.
Please note that the consultation period within which you can submit comments, will take place between 2nd August and 8th October. All comments must be submitted during this period.
