Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson,

Barrister & Attorney, to act as Assistant Justice for the period of 16th July 2024 until the matter is complete in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:
