ACTING APPOINTMENT

Judicial Department

Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

President of the Court of Appeal, has approved the appointment of 

Mrs. Shade Subair-Williams, Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court, to act as Justice of Appeal in accordance with section 79(2) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matters: 

• Denise Trew v HSBC Bermuda and Dennis Dwyer

• Denise Trew v Molly White and Stephen White

for the period 5^th June 2024 until these matters are complete.
