in accordance with the Charities Act 2014, section 43 (5)

The Temporary Fundraising Licence is issued for the period April 10, 2019 through July 10, 2019

Nina Webb is the Applicant Licensee and Custodian of the funds.

The Licensee and Custodian of the funds is required to submit to the Registrar a revenue and expense report detailing the sources and uses of the funds raised within two (2) months of the expiration of this Licence.
