Her Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Ms. Elizabeth Christopher,

Barrister & Attorney, to act as Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court for the period of 27th May 2024 until the matters are complete in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for:

 

 

  • 2022 No. 6 app. Fiona Miller (Pol. Sgt.) v Linda Astwood
  • 2023 No. 37 app. Lyndon Raynor (Pol. Sgt.) v Corey Sousa
