PARLIAMENTARY BYE-ELECTION
CONSTITUENCY 10 SMITH'S NORTH
ADVANCED POLLS SICK AND INFIRM VOTERS
Where any parliamentary elector, other than an inmate of an institution, who is duly registered in the parliamentary register for a constituency in which a parliamentary election is pending is certified by a medical practitioner to be prevented by illness, infirmity, or disability to be unable, even with mechanical or other assistance to leave his place of residence to attend an advanced poll for incapacitated voters, it shall be lawful for such parliamentary elector to record his vote at his place of residence on such date prior to the polling day as shall be appointed by the Registrar.
This advanced poll is scheduled for the 16 May 2024. Any elector referred to in the above who wishes to have his vote recorded at his place of residence shall apply to the Registrar to be visited at his residence by contacting the Parliamentary Registrar's Office no later than 10 May 2024.
