Acquisition of Land

Notice is hereby given that BCB Paragon Trust Limited as trustee of the Dorothy Vivian Williams Trust is applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration as constructive trustees for sanction to acquire a freehold interest in the property known as “Hawarden” situate at 2 Fairyland Lane, Pembroke HM 05 Parish on behalf of non-Bermudian children, April Lynne Przybilla and Amanda Rose Solmes who are the beneficiaries of The Dorothy Vivian Williams Trust.

N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicants should send a written statement to the Minister responsible for Immigration, P.O. Box 1364, Hamilton HM FX, no later than the 22 April 2019.
