Pursuant to the provisions of the Maritime Marriage Act 1999, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 22nd day of April 2024 licensed Deputy Captain Claes Johan Malmberg, Master of ships owned by Carnival PLC thereby enabling him to perform marriage ceremonies onboard the Bermuda Registered Carnival PLC Ships owned by Carnival PLC and Registered in the Port of HAMILTON Bermuda
