PERMANENT ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL

 

 

 

This notice is published pursuant to Part IV section 14(6) of the Labour Relations Act 1975.

 

In accordance with Section 14(6) of the Labour Relations Act 1975, I hereby appoint Mr John Payne to act in the place of a panel member of the Permanent Arbitration Tribunal in respect of the labour dispute reported between Stevedoring Services Ltd and Chris Furbert Jr.
