NOTICE FOR PARTIES WITH AN INTEREST IN THIS MATTER
PRESCRIPTIVE RIGHT OF WAY CLAIM OVER FAIRYLAND ROAD, PEMBROKE
IN FAVOUR OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS “PALOMERA”, 7 MILL SHARES ROAD, PEMBROKE HM05 (THE ‘PROPERTY’)
NOTICE, is hereby given to any party (whether that be an individual, corporate body, trust or any other legally recognized structure) who claims the freehold ownership of that part of the private road known as Fairyland Road, Pembroke (‘the Road’) as shown by the black dots on the plan above.
Any party who considers that it owns the interest stated above in the Road is required to contact the undersigned in writing or by email giving full and accurate details of their claim of ownership within Ten (10) days from the date of this notice.
An application has been made to this office to register a prescriptive right of way on the basis of ‘lost modern grant’ over the Road in favour of the Property.
