P R O C L A M A T I O N
By His Excellency the Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Bermuda.
WHEREAS in accordance with section 14(3) of the Constitution I, the Governor, have by Proclamation published in the Gazette, declared that a state of emergency exists in Bermuda;

AND WHEREAS section 14(4) of the Constitution provides that I, the Governor, shall, by Proclamation published in the Gazette, summon both Houses of the Legislature to meet within five days of the making of a Proclamation of emergency:
NOW THEREFORE I, the Governor, acting after consultation with the Premier, DO SUMMON both Houses of the Legislature to meet, AND DO APPOINT that the next meeting of the Legislature shall be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday the 6th day of April, two thousand and twenty.
