NOTICE OF GRANT OF BULK GENERATION LICENCE
Effective 14 April 2021 and pursuant to Section 25(1) of the Electricity Act 2016, the Regulatory Authority has issued a Bulk Generation Licence to Saturn Solar Bermuda 1 Ltd. A Large Scale Self Supply Licence authorises the licence holder to engage in the self-generation and consumption of electricity in Bermuda.

DESCRIPTION OF LARGE SCALE SELF SUPPLY LICENCE
The Regulatory Authority of Bermuda (the "RA"), in exercise of the powers conferred to it by the Electricity Act 2016 (the "EA") hereby grants Stuart Gentry, on behalf of SAIL GP (the "Licensee") a licence (the "Licence"), to engage in the self-generation of electricity at Cross Island, Dockyard as identified in Schedule 1 of its Large Scale Self Supply Licence and up to a maximum installed capacity of 261kWac subject to the terms and conditions of its Licence, the EA, the Regulatory Authority Act 2011 ("RAA") and any Regulations, General Determinations, Administrative Determinations, Adjudicative Decisions, Orders and Directions made or issued in accordance with the EA and the RAA.
