CIVIL PENALTIES – STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES NOTICE 2023
Pursuant to section 69B of the Development and Planning Act 1974, notice is hereby given that a statement of principles has been published in accordance with which the Director of Planning shall act in exercising her powers to impose a civil penalty and to determine the appropriate amount of the penalty, which can be viewed on the Department of Planning website via the link below.
