The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporate Income Tax Agency, Bermuda, in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(6) of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Contracts with Total Value of $50,000 or More) Corporate Income Tax Agency Amendment to GN1176/2025.
