The Deputy Head of the Public Service who has supervision of the Department of Employee & Organizational Development, in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(6) of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

 

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Department of Employee & Organizational Development Notice 2021.

 

Deposit of information statement

 

  1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Department of Employee & Organizational Development information statements have been deposited for public inspection at—

 

  1. the offices of the Department of Employee & Organizational Development;

 

  1. the Bermuda Archives;

 

  1. the Bermuda National Library; and

 

  1. the Office of the Information Commissioner

 

and came into operation on 1 April, 2021.
