The Chairman, Board of Governors, who has supervision of Bermuda College, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

 

 

Citation

 

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) BERMUDA COLLEGE) Notice 2019.

 

 

Deposit of information statement

 

    2.  Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the BERMUDA COLLEGE Information Statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

 

  1. the offices of the Bermuda College (2ND Floor College Centre)
     
  2. the Bermuda Archives; and
     
  3. the Bermuda National Library,
     
  4. the Office of the Information Commissioner
