PUBLIC ACCESS TO INFORMATION (INFORMATION STATEMENT) (BERMUDA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION) NOTICE 2019

 

 

 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors who has supervision of the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

 

 

Citation

 

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) (Bermuda Economic Development Corporation) Notice 2019.

 

 

Deposit of information statement

 

  1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

 

  1. the offices of the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation;
     
  2. the Bermuda Archives; and
     
  3. the Bermuda National Library,

 

and shall come into operation on 1 January 2019.
