The Permanent Secretary who has supervision of the Ministry of Labour, Community Affairs and Sports Headquarters, acting on behalf of the former Permanent Secretary who had supervision of the former Ministry of Social Development and Sports Headquarters in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(6) of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement- Contracts Valued $50,000 or More) of the former Ministry of Social Development and Sports Headquarters Notice 2018.
