PUBLIC ACCESS TO INFORMATION (INFORMATION STATEMENT) PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION AND PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION BOARD NOTICE 2019

Mr. Gregory Swan who has supervision of the Public Service Commission and Public Service Superannuation Board, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

  1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Public Service Commission and Public Service Superannuation Board Notice 2019.

Deposit of information statement

  1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Public Service Commission and Public Service Superannuation Board information statements have been deposited for public inspection at—
  2. the offices of the Department of Human Resources;
  3. the Bermuda Archives;
  4. the Bermuda National Library; and
  5. the Office of the Information Commissioner

and came into operation on 1 April 2015.
